Call Us is a small organisation, based in Newbury, with over 16 years of experience in Care Work, Social Work and Therapy. We offer a wide range of services to the community and Local Authorities. Social Services, Education and the Health Professionals buy our services to help meet the needs of children and adults within the community.

We offer a wide range of professional Social Work Services including Child Care and Child Protection. We also offer individual and family play therapy and counselling, both on and off site.

Call Us is managed by a team of professionally qualified Social Workers, Counsellors and Therapists.

Call Us is accredited to West Berkshire District Council and registered to CCSI. We provide the full range of services within a 50 mile radius of Newbury.

S.N.A.C.S has been set up in West Berkshire to offer counselling to parents of children with special needs/disabilities under the age of 5.

S.N.A.C.S was identified as a result of research and the difficulties that parents face when given the news that their child has special needs/disabilities. Parents react in different ways, some struggle through and have the support of their family and friends. Other parents struggle through but do not have the support of their families. The emotional responses to the news parents receive is varied and differing and most certainly challenging. Most parents have stated that they wish they had had emotional support right from the start.

We would like to introduce you to our team of professional, CRB checked, staff whose aim is to help make your family life more enjoyable by allowing you to spend quality time together instead of doing household chores.
